Privacy Notice

The Woodvale Room is operated by the Woodvale Facility, a non-profit organization in Edmonton, Alberta. We collect only the personal information we need, and handle it in line with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

This website

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not collect personal information on its own pages. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Services we link to

• Reservations — booked through OpenTable, under OpenTable’s privacy policy.
• Gift cards — sold through our point-of-sale provider’s hosted checkout. Card details go directly to the provider; we never see or store them.
• Event requests — sent through our event request form (Netlify Forms) and read by our events team.
• Woodvale Facility — the facility’s website and Instagram have their own policies.

How we use what we receive

To deliver gift cards, confirm reservations, answer event requests and contact you about your order. We don’t sell personal information or add you to marketing lists without consent.

Terms of Use

Menu items, prices, hours and event listings may change without notice. Photos are illustrative.

Reservations and event requests are confirmed only when The Woodvale Room confirms them. Deposits, minimum spend and cancellation terms for private events are agreed separately in writing.

Links to OpenTable, our gift card provider and the Woodvale Facility take you to services governed by their own terms.

Gift Card Terms

• Redeemable for food and beverage at The Woodvale Room, 4540 50 Street NW, Edmonton.
• Gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees, in line with Alberta’s Gift Card Regulation.
• Not refundable and not exchangeable for cash, except where required by law.
• Digital gift cards are delivered to the email entered at checkout — please check it carefully and treat the card like cash.
• Purchases are processed by our payment provider; the sale is between you and The Woodvale Room.
