The Woodvale Room respects your privacy. This notice explains how information submitted through our private-events request form is handled.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred dates, event type, space preference, estimated guest count, and any details you choose to include in your message.

Why we use it

We use these details to review your request, contact you about availability and event options, and communicate with you about an event you wish to arrange. Sending this form does not sign you up for promotional emails.

Who handles it

The form is configured to receive submissions through Netlify Forms. Information may be handled by our event staff and by service providers needed to operate the form and related communications. Depending on provider infrastructure, information may be processed outside your province or country.

Storage and security

We aim to restrict access to authorised people and apply appropriate safeguards. We retain request information only as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, any resulting event arrangements, and applicable legal obligations. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Event requests

Submitting this form is a request, not a confirmed reservation or a binding event agreement. A date or event space is not reserved merely because a form has been sent.

Confirmation and event arrangements

Availability, pricing, capacity, menus, deposits, minimum spend, cancellation provisions, and any other booking conditions will be discussed separately where applicable. Your event is confirmed only when The Woodvale Room confirms it in writing and any agreed booking requirements are met.
